Which of these North Georgia rustic treehouse rentals looks most inviting to you?
This is a most interesting way to get to see and learn about your great state of Georgia. I read the review you did of the drive-in movie theatre really great information.
Being a non-native Georgia resident, I had no idea of the tree-house rental possibilities. The whole concept looks really fun, and entertaining. I am sure the views must be unbelievable. This should take you to a part of Georgia that restful and offers some time out of the hustle and bustle of crowds of people. That is what is needed in a time of social distancing. As the population of our world grows, having access to a place that feels more remote and private holds a great deal of appeal. The quiet and natural provide a refreshing way to spend some time if you are fortunate enough to get to rent one of these lovely tree houses.
Thanks for the article, fun and entertaining as well as informative. Thanks.
You are most welcome Sami — I appreciate your time and feedback!
Wow these look amazing. I was looking at something like this earlier, but unfortunately all of them were booked so I didn’t get to go.
Also I live in Georgia so it’s nice to know that these places are very close to where I live.
Have you ever stayed in one of these treehouse rentals before, and if so what did you think of it?
Hi Michael, I have not stayed in any of these rustic treehouses. Knowing myself, the weather would have to be in a perfect “goldilocks” zone for me to willingly stay in a space without heat or A/C. For me, this would be late Summer and early Fall. The luxe treehouses are just my style though… ๐
Hello there, thanks for sharing this wonderful content here with us. I really do find your review very informative, GA is an amazing place to be, i have been there once so i can testify to that, these beautiful tree houses are really gorgeous, i think i will be visiting one of these place when next i come over to GA, thanks for sharing.
Please reach out if you have any questions as you plan your trip to the Georgia mountains! Enjoy!!
WOW! What a nice review you have here on tree houses. I never knew so much comfort and pleasure could be derived from these tree houses. The prices are affordable too depending on the one you are intrested in.I think my best so far is Abbie’s waterfall tree house i really like the view of the environment and price looks nice too. thank you for this.
These are bare bones treehouses with no running water or modern amenities, but if that sounds like a perfect getaway, then these are definitely great deals!!
Renting a Treehouse is a great way to spend your holiday outdoors. Abbies Waterfall Treehouse and the riverbright treehouse looks like an amazing place to spend a holiday. Do you know if you have to walk far to get to these treehouses? I see that the Abbies waterfall has parking on premises so I guess it is not so far to walk. Do you get a map over the area or is that something you have to consider buying when renting?
Hi Hilde, The hosts of these treehouses can provide varying levels of service, including whether or not they provide maps, meals, or other amenities. Check the details of each listing to learn about what each treehouse stay will include.
The Creek Treehouse & Secluded Treehouse are located a half mile from the parking lot (rental carts available if needed). The other treehouses have closer parking available.
Hello
Very interesting your article
I’m a fan of mountain and nature getaways.
Next year I’m planning a trip to Seattle and will be at least a month away, so your article will be of great use to me.
I did a map tour of your article, I was impressed with the trees and the harmonies of nature
The shelters you mentioned are impressive and very good value.
I will definitely adapt to nature by far, I mean TV, mobile, WiFI and more.
I believe 7 days would be the absolute peace of mind.
Many thanks for your great article.
Keep up the pace.
These rustic treehouses definitely provide a classic mountain and nature getaway!
Thank you for sharing this fabulous information! All of these Treehouse rentals seem to be priced very reasonably. The one that caught my eye is Abbie’s Waterfall Treehouse. I appreciate the fact that it is heated and comes with linens and such. My question to you would be, when is the best time to experience the Georgia Mountains? Would Spring be a better season or Fall? Seeing that the treehouse is heated, are these rentals available in Winter? I am trying to figure out a time when it is not humid and sticky. Thank you!
Hi Colleen, The peak season in the Georgia mountains is in the fall when the leaves are at their peak colors (generally around mid October to mid-November). The weather can have a random hot or cold snap during this time of year, but it’s usually mild and quite nice.
Plan to book your treehouse lodging in advance, as treehouses, hotels, and lodges can usually sell out / be fully occupied during the peak Fall season.
I appreciate you have given us a complete array of options for all budgets. We’re planing a family trip, and our budget can afford the middle options. We’re deciding between Abbie’s Waterfall Treehouse and Double Spring Treehouse.
We’re just planning the trip, but we’re all excited already. Thanks for this helpful post.
Hi Abel, I’m glad to have helped you find some great vacation options for your family. Hopefully you all find the perfect mountain treehouse for your stay in North Georgia!
My family and I love to be in contact with nature. And visiting the Georgia mountains will be an experience that we will all enjoy and treasure. I also love to take pictures, so I’ll be prepared with my camera.
From these options you presented here, we’ve made up our mind for Riverbright Treehouse. Affordable and nice! Thank you for all the details you mentioned!
That is so wonderful Ann! I hope you and your family have a wonderful time at the Riverbright treehouse in the Georgia mountains!
