Once again I have been searching for places to stay in Georgia and it has led me to this site!  I am glad google brought me here again.  The map of hotels in north Georgia is very helpful.  Not knowing the “lay of the land” and the area is a handicap when trying to find the right spot to stay.  So many great options for hotels in north Georgia!  Do you have a favorite hotel in the area you would suggest?  Thanks again for all of your help!

Hello! I am glad that the map could highlight all of the options of major hotel brands in the area. You should have an experience that is consistent with the brand at each of these hotels.

I have elite status with one of the hotel groups, so I tend to stay with them more frequently in order to take advantage of member benefits and earn loyalty points.

Excellent information regarding Hotels in GA Mountains! I am not from the US, so I´m not much a “place knower” (I only went to Miami and NY, once each). How much peace the photos selected provide, I´m totally amused with North Georgia!!! Regarding hotels per se, I´m pretty sure I would choose Marriot, as it looks like Heaven!!!!

Hi Johnny, It’s great that you can choose a global hotel brand like Marriott for a nice stay experience plus earn (or redeem) points from their worldwide loyalty program!

Thanks for your reviews on hotels in North Georgia. I saw the Marriott and Hilton, which are great hotels that I am familiar with. I’m not familiar with the Red Roof brand of hotels, but upon reading your review, the Red Roof in Dalton Georgia is what I settled on. I’m interested in exploring the historic Civil War sites as well as participating in a wide variety of recreational activities. It’s super affordable, so I’ll book my vacation stay there.

HI Shalisha, It’s great to have a wide variety of hotels in North Ga and the convenience of being able to choose from so many locations. Enjoy your trip!

I have never been to Georgia. The closest I have gone is Tennessee and North Carolina. We all got interested in going to the North Georgia mountains when my daughter got an assignment about Mount Shjara. I know a mount close to Russia doesn’t seem to have anything to do with the States geography, but it got the conversation rolling about spending vacations in Georgia.

Hi Ann, It’s often so funny to notice where inspiration is found! No matter where the idea came from, I’m so glad to hear that you are considering a trip to North Georgia. I hope this guide can help you find the best hotel rooms for your family!

    Dear Alyce,

This is a great website. I love the directory of Hotels you have provided. Which ones are your favorite? I would most likely stay at the Hilton Hotels, Best Western, or even Holiday Inn ones. Marriott and Radisson are other alternative Hotels I would stay at too and visit Northern Georgia from also.

Wishing you all the best with your online success Above Beyond the Horizon,

    ~Angelina Jolina

Hi Angelina, I have a handful of favorite hotels, but I’m most looking forward to trying out the new Hampton Inn Blue Ridge hotel with a rooftop bar!
