Wolf Mountain Vineyards & Winery in Dahlonega

Wolf Mountain Vineyards and Winery is located on top of Wolf Mountain at 1,800′ elevation and offers stunning long-range mountain and vineyard views. This drive into the beautiful property includes steep, curvy roads that twist around the vineyards and require an alert driver to navigate. Although most parking areas and roads are paved, the grounds are hilly and require steep walks and/or climbing stairs.

While I don’t know a lot about wine I know what I like but not until I’ve tasted it you obviously now a lot more,  the views look magnificent it would be lovely to sit outside with a glass or two of wine (your choice). If there is one piece of advice you can give to me what would it be? The article gives you plenty of information about the winery  🍷.

Hi Mark, There are many ways to enjoy a trip to the Wolf Mountain winery, but I think it helps to do a wine tasting so that you can sample a variety of Wolf Mountain wines and find your own favorites. It can be hot during the summer months, so if you are visiting soon and want to sit outside (required if you have a dog with you), then you may want to bring a hat to provide some shade from the sun.

      Cheers!

Wow! Excellent overview of what the wolf mountain vineyards and winery is all about and the unique features that makes it a unique spot. Personally, I like the ambience and the aura that springs from the elegance of this environment with its tranquil serenity. It would be an ideal location for a destination wedding. I guess I will bookmark it for future response when me and wife decides to take the conjugal vows. Great post

You are correct in that Wolf Mountain is a gorgeous place for a wedding! My first visit to the vineyard was for a friend’s wedding over 10 years ago. I fell in love with everything about the place, and it’s only grown to get better since then! Their sparkling wines are the best in the area and the Sunday brunch is always a gourmet treat. Wolf Mountain Vineyards is truly one of the top vineyard destinations in the Georgia mountains!

Wishing you and your sweetie all the best!
