hello dear! and thanks for this info. I would like to understand in which sense these properties are endangered? do they belong to the government or they are private properties? thanks very much ! Peace

Hi Neea, These properties are in such a state of disrepair that they are dangerous, and thus at risk of being demolished if no one can step in to preserve them. You can find some fantastic deals on the gorgeous properties, but only if you can demonstrate that you have a plan and the means to restore them.
