Bradley’s Pumpkin Patch seems like a fantastic destination for pumpkin lovers and those who want to get wrapped up in the spirit of fall. It’s helpful to have so much valuable information on the pumpkin patches, such as contact details, reviews, and the locations. I’m glad to know there are engaging activities and attractions offered at the pumpkin patches, making for a more interesting visit. As someone who enjoys PSLs, fall festivities, and decorating with pumpkins, I am looking forward to a memorable day on the pumpkin patch!

Hello, Ashley! Fall is a wonderful time of year to be in the mountains! The weather is great and the scenery can’t be beat. 🙂 I’m glad you found the perfect pumpkin patch to peruse!

  2. Nance says:

Pumpkins should get more credit as they are mainly associated to Halloween and maybe pumpkin pie on a global level . However on reading this , it is inspiring just to see how versatile a pumpkin is .  Bradley’s pumpkin patches and Brad’s pumpkin patches offer hayrides for the younger audience  and a great way to pick fresh seasonal produce . It seems like a great day out and a brilliant way to switch off from our stressful lives .

I would definitely take a peek at Red apple barn that offers apples, pumpkins and flowers and a wagon ride back to the red barn to enjoy the cider

Do you get many families to these events ? Just sounds like a great day out in Nature

    • Alyce says:

Hi Nance, North Ga pumpkin patches are a popular spot for families and budding photographers, as the bright colors of the pumpkin patches make excellent locations for fall photos.

  3. MIchel says:

What a cute idea. We don’t have anything like that around here, although I know there are farmers that do farm pumpkins. the closest thing we have to this is a strawberry farm which we love visiting once a year.

This is also a great idea for these farms to make an extra income, simply by opening it up to the public. City folk love an excursion to the country to try something different, and it’s a fun way to educate the kids at the same time.

    Hello ,

Pumpkin season just started and my baby girl is already getting ready to carve some big ones!

We usually carve our own pupmkins but I saw some cool products that will make our carving day a lot more fun !

Loved the Decorating foam kits I will give them a try and maybe …. maybe we’ll try backing something this year!

Wich one of the cookbooks you showed in your article is best suited for begginers?

Now, this website caught my eye when I came across it online.

Normally I’d associate pumpkins with Halloween, but that said, you don’t often realise that they have to be grown, given that we buy the end product

But these seem to offer a variety of different sources. Have you brought any yourself, do you recommend them?

    • Alyce says:

Hi Dave, I do like to decorate each fall with a couple of big orange pumpkins and some pretty, bright mums. Last year we didn’t carve them up into jack-o-lanterns, but the research for the article about local pumpkin patches has made me want to get creative with the family again this year. I definitely recommend stopping into a North Ga pumpkin patch and supporting the farmers while picking out pumpkins!

  6. Matiss says:

A pretty brilliant compilation of all the pumpkin patches worth visiting. It’s really, really neat to find the information all in one place. My utmost gratitude for that.

Personally, I feel we’ll be visiting that Burt’s Pumpkin Farm. My kids will probably enjoy those hayrides very much. Whereas me and my wife – we’re always looking forward to the country shops. You can often find such cool stuff. And at prices far more affordable and fair than in something like a supermarket. Plus, they are better quality and tastier, too. Cheers!! 🙂

    • Alyce says:

Hi Matiss, I know your family will have a great time at Burt’s Pumpkin Farm Dawsonville. It’s great to be at the farm at this time of year and the kids always get a kick out of choosing their own pumpkins. Enjoy!

  7. Millie "Pioneer Kitty" Zeiler says:

Cool info about the pumpkin patches.  The Red Apple Barn is a personal favorite, but I have to be honest it’s the only one I’ve been to.  I’m from Saskatchewan, Canada.  But, am hoping to make a visit in the state of Georgia in hopes the COVID situation finally calms down and people are free to travel again.  I really enjoy road trips and am aching to do a really good one again as it’s now been over 3 years for me.

    • Alyce says:

Hi Millie, thanks for sharing your experience with the Red Apple Barn. It’s nice that the pumpkin patches are outdoors and a good socially distanced activity, but we’ll all breathe easier when COVID is under control and we can travel freely again.
