Hi, I’ve just gone through this detailed and clear article you’ve shared with us here about Montaluce winery & Restaurant. From what You’ve said, the Restaurant appears to be cool and the prices to me are reasonable compared to the quality we get from this Restaurant. I also like the fact that they have a free taste, that means you can always buy what you’ll enjoy most. Thanks so much for sharing this amazing post, I’ll also be sharing it too to spread the word about Montaluce Winery & Restaurant.

Hello! The Montaluce restaurant is one of the nicest vineyards in North Georgia and the restaurant can provide a gourmet dining experience to match the quality of the fine wines.

However, Montaluce does not offer free tastings. Guests do receive a free souvenir glass to keep when they purchase a wine tasting flight. Enjoy your visit!

At first, I think, ah-hah! wine Disneyland! The pictures are big and provide a lot to process. I love all the green in that shade of green. It’s good to see that there is a vineyard and winery (that includes lodging and a restaurant too) to enjoy in the Dahlonega area. Would make a great vacation spot.

Wow! This is amazing. It will put an unending smile on my face if I’m opportuned to visit Atlanta, US. So I can taste the cheese with Greek honey and enjoy the taste meal and 5 star service they offers in Montaluce Winery & restaurant. Thanks for sharing this review, I love it!

Montaluce is a great little day trip from Atlanta — it’s a scenic drive that is just a bit over an hour long and offers an experience that you won’t be able to get within the city!

Beautiful scenery!  I can only imagine the stories that could be shared about the Wine Hikes being offered!  Reminds me of some landscapes in beautiful Virginia!  I will be looking forward to being able to visit this taste of Italy in Georgia!  When I first saw the name, Montaluce, I was immediately reminded of Thomas Jefferson’s plantation in Charlottesville.  If I recall correctly, I understand he was a wine enthusiast also?

    • Alyce says:

Hi PaFoster, I do believe that Jefferson was a fan of wine, and I can see how you might see resemblances to that area of Virginia. Both are quite beautiful!!

Hello. Thanks a lot for sharing with us this amazing winery restaurant from the Georgia Mountains. Reading your article I realize that this place is full of history and if it is about to come it is definitely full of aroma. My family deals with the production of wines, and we go every year to different locations where for wine tasting.
I really would like to go to the Montaluce winery restaurant and thank you very much for this informative post and for the contact details you have placed here. I hope to see other articles of this kind.

Hello, With over 30 vineyards and wineries in this area, I think that you would especially enjoy the area and all of the winemaking. Montaluce has some of the best wines and is a great place to enjoy a meal as well!

Oh my goodness this place looks absolutely dreamy!!! I would love to go there for dinner and enjoy a glass of red and watching the sunset. I’m wondering what kind of food they serve?? Are the prices pretty good? Great info and certainly makes me want to check it out.

    • Alyce says:

Hi Tara, Montaluce has a main restaurant that continues the Italian look and feel with some great Italian food as well. It’s got beautiful views of the vineyards from the covered patio area, so be sure to request an outdoor table if the weather is nice!
